Our Mission


Technology can be challenging, particularly when something isn’t operating quite as expected. Wifi, passwords, backups, security… with tech becoming more important to our day to day lives, its easy to feel like things are getting out of hand. What’s worse, getting technical support can feel daunting for many. Not every repair person or consultant is a beaming ray of sunshine and the jargon that’s often involved can leave many feeling uneasy.

That’s part of what makes Overclocked Tech Services so unique. We’re people first. We see technology as a tool; a means to an end. It’s not something to be shoehorned into people’s lives. It’s not something the average person should feel they need to fully understand in order to fully utilize. People don’t need to know how a drill works from the inside out to use. They shouldn’t need to understand how their hard drive works to use it either.

We take a different approach from other technical services. We meet with our clients and discuss their needs. We investigate the situation and provide insight in plain English. Or French, actually. We offer our services bilingually. Then we research, explore and discuss potential solutions before ultimately delivering the results. We do everything in our power to make your tech challenges as simple to overcome as we can, both from a technical standpoint and an emotional one.
